My Story

My journey toward healing and self-discovery began in childhood, driven by a deep desire to help others and a fascination with understanding the world—both seen and unseen. From a young age, I questioned why people caused harm and sought ways to bring more light into the world. This curiosity first found its outlet in meditation, which I encountered during a 7th-grade health class. I was captivated by the ability to calm my mind, regulate my body, and connect with something greater.
 
What began as a simple practice evolved into a lifelong exploration of spirituality, healing, and transformation. Over the past 25 years, I’ve researched, studied, and practiced a wide range of modalities, including meditation, Reiki, shamanic traditions, animism, holistic wellness, and various religions and ideologies. Along the way, I confronted and healed deep wounds within myself—overcoming anxiety, depression, physical pain, and harmful patterns. Each challenge became an opportunity for growth, and the tools I discovered are the same ones I now offer to others.
 
At Rooted Gaia, I combine my personal experiences, academic background, and spiritual training to help others find their own path to healing. As a Reiki Master and practitioner of shamanic, animistic, and holistic practices, I blend ancient wisdom with modern insights to guide clients toward balance, clarity, and empowerment.
